Wondering if u will make it to the 125's Johnny !!!!........triple burger diet will need modified....that undersized police uniform might be cutting off some blood flow to the cranium. lol !!!

This is the image that most people recently are left with in their mind when they see Johnny in uniform.....his pants are sooooo tight, it reminds us of the 80's spandex, God forbid if he should bend over !!.....and his shirt is soooo small, he looks like the guy off of the Village people.....as he strolls the streets of Charlottetown singing..... yoyo YMCA !!!...nanana YMCA !!!!!

Two awesome dudes, a great lift off if it should happen.

Haha JMAC you are out of your element son, challenging the big rig. The only thing that I fake is making the big, heavy weights look light as a feather. Consider your challenge accepted and be careful what you wish for as when the dust settles you might look a litle foolish....

Don't you worry about a thing John, he hasn't been seen anywhere near the gym since sometime in February.

Oh Tom I don't know how you come up with these funny stories, oh wait that's right sitting on the couch all winter clicking a remote control sounds like Tom Nicholls winter training routine! I can't speak for that big Gorilla but I work all winter pal and if I had your routine all winter I would be a much stronger lifter. I can't count the times I hurt my knees running after criminals at 3 in the morning but I still manage to train with the well rested old fellow on pine drive the next day!!!

David I'm not worried one bit even if Mardell gave up his belly dancing leasons or whatever he does and trains all year!!

Since getting that big screen TV he's spent more time on his back than a pornstar with a mortgage. He's floor licking drunk at the Calgary stampede right now.

Jamie who? You say take baby steps, well in my eyes if I go against you I'm taking a huge step backwards ahhhh what the hell I could use a little warm up before 2011 Nationals, you're on skinny legs! Lets make things interesting Jamie if you win you have to man up and start lifting in gear again, and when I win you have to make your signature on the CPU website state John MacDonald the Powerlifting God is my Hero, for one year!!

Thanks Shawn the more the merrier, now we just need to recruit that fat cop and farm boy from Ontario, you know who you are!!!

Wait a minute, Wait a minute, Just a small detail. All these challenge entries, while having been very entertaining, it seems to me are challenges for second place. Since Kelly Branton is the reigning National Champ in the 275 lb., class, it seems the challenge should be laid down at his feet. It will be up to the Champ to decide to defend his title.

Hey Blake the mistake jibberson, I challenged the big Natural Gorilla because he has the biggest total in the 125's! The paper champion Branton can join us if he has the guts?

There would be no challenge because nobody here wants to have competition, a dog fight for the win is what I want! Must people keep quiet because they would rather walk away with an easy win and hope to god nobody better shows up! Well I say HELL NO to that, I want to go against the biggest strongest competition out there and sadly enough its the big natural gorilla Alex the Faker Mardell.

Mardell you might think its going to be a walk in the park and maybe I wouldn't beat you today, maybe not a week before nationals and maybe not a week after but the day of the Nationals is going to be the day John MacDonald defeats you and all in between including the so called CHAMP!! So train hard, train smart and prepare yourselves to be dethroned as the Heavy Weight National Champ in the CPU!!

John, if you managed to drop the rounded back deadlift you do, you might have a chance. Youll only ever be able to deadlift something if you are able to use those legs of yours, and to do that you have to have a solid flat/arched spine as a lever. You should be pulling a min of 240kg with the legs and size you have. Youll never get over 700 with the current technique. And even Baby Mitts Mardell can do more than that. Plus he has 100-150 on you in the bench.

The Fat Cop from Ontario was at a BBQ with me and was very quiet when I asked him about this challenge. He did have a sandwich with him at the time. You guys are in for a hell of a good time @ Nationals.

I would call out lifters. but I don't want to get them mad.LOL

I hope the fat Cop comes to the little island too and take that huge farm boy with you!!

Jamie you are right I might have the strongest stiff legged deadlift going in the CPU 312.5kg raw. I will admitt I have a lot of work to go but I wouldn't say the big Gorilla has 100-150lbs on my bench, we are talking in the 125's, 33kgs on me to be exact and I'm hoping to chop that down a bit after the North Americans!

And everyone will anxiuosly be awaiting the results of this weekend by the CPU's newest superstar....................................Mr.Natural Babbler !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could quaff down 4 triple chesseburgers a day or 4 baconators with the dozen donuts while out on patrol, i would even throw my 47 year old body in the ring....just to school u again, 1 more time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my cat, Skrappy, already kicked your butt anyways, and he isnt as mean as Hectors !! so how will u ever beat Mardell or Branton !!!!!!!!!

then i am sure the old "injury card " will be played about a week or 2 from the Nationals...what else is new, lol...and the Farm boy and your fellow brother Fat Cop Ontario will cruise by you, that 5th place or 6th place participation ribbon will look nice pinned on your jacket !!!

950 this weekend then we might give u a second look !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time to put your money where your mouth is !!!!!!!!....oh yea, you dont pay when u lose bets, which happens often, lol !!!

Good Luck Little Johnny !!!!

Mr. MacDonald

2 of the jobs a Detective with any police service has to do is thoroughly investigate criminal matters to get the bad guy AND clean up messes that cheeseburger eating uniform coppers leave behind. Challenging the Sasquatch known as Mardell = MESS and it takes stones like PEI potatoes. If anyone can take down that neck-less Beast , maybe its you. Or he's just going to devour you like a little box of timbits. Then when your head is spinning, the rest of us 125 guys will glide right by you.

Didn't Kelly elbow smash you at the last Nationals and you only beat me by 7.5 kgs?? And what about the Ontario Farmboy who is now ready to plant you in a wheat field when he actually buys a computer and reads the stuff you're saying??

I feel professionally obligated to try to help you, so I will leave a nice padded seat in the audience for you to sit so you can finish your third deadlift then watch the rest of us put you somewhere in 4th or 5th. Atleast you will have lots of family in the audience to make you feel better. Then I can take the battle of the badges back from you.

You do have very impressive numbers posted as goals. You Freak !

I've been beaten by the best. Maybe I'll actually win one next year.

Nicholls you wouldn't come back to the 125's you run away from your competition, " Oh Johnny is going up to the 125's time to run back to the 110's GULP"!! Please stop giving everyone on here your diet plan of triple burgers and baconators washed down with sprinkled donuts, its no secret how you grew that tank!

I was on the injured list all year but have I taken any breaks yet? Everyone can brag about beating an injured, stubborn over trained freak or coming close to beating him ( cough ) Fat cop!! But next year is going to be different, I'm going to be a wrecking machine and that's why this Challenge exists!

You have one thing right though Fat cop, I will be sitting in the audience after my opener deadlift because that might be all it takes to take home the gold!
